Please check our availability page before you book. Note that we do not normally take bookings for less than seven nights if your arrival date is more than eight weeks away. Then complete this form, confirm that you accept the Booking Conditions, and press 'Submit' to send. We will then contact you by telephone to confirm total cost and availability and obtain your credit or debit card details. A confirmation with directions, access instructions and car-parking options will then be sent by email. We will then hold the apartment for you until 4 weeks before you are due to arrive. You may cancel your booking at any time until then at no cost. At that point (or immediately for bookings within 4 weeks) we will debit the full cost of your stay (plus key deposit - see below) from your card, and from then on your booking will be non-cancellable. We advise that you consider taking out suitable cancellation insurance.		The cost per night for an apartment depends on how long you are booking for, and whether you will have more than two people staying.
		For a booking for less than 7 nights, the rate is £90 per night (but see minimum totals).
		For a booking of 1 week to 4 weeks, the rate is £80 per night.
		For a booking of more than 4 weeks, the rate is £70 per night

We will either send you the keys (with Health Club passes and car park swipe card if ordered) by post, or you may collect them locally on arrival: Keys to be sent by post are posted to arrive at your nominated address about two weeks before your stay. Keys to be collected on your arrival in Manchester are from an agency close to the apartments (Monday to Friday only, between 0900 and 1730 hrs). You will need a photographic ID, photo driving license or passport which we will copy. In both cases we debit an additional £50 from your card as a refundable deposit for the keys, and you return the keys to us after your stay in the postage paid envelope provided.
		For all bookings the minimum booking total (excluding car parking and Health Club passes) is £270 per apartment
		Subject to availability, on site (barrier controlled ) car parking can be reserved for £9 per night (or £6 per night for 7+ nights).

Do you require on-site parking for the duration of your stay? Cost is £9 per day (£6 for 7+ days), subject to availability. Details of alternative nearby parking options will in any case be provided.

How many day passes for the Y Club health club would you like to order? Each pass costs £6.00, and is valid for one visit by one person. The cost of any unused passes returned with your keys will be refunded.
